As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please give 4 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Less than 4 hours notice for cancellations or “no shows” will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

Spa Age Requirements:
18 years of age for Spa Facilities. 16-17 years of age for Spa treatments, must be accompanied by an adult and present identification upon check-in. The luxury spa indoor pool & work out facilities are to be used by 18 years old, 16-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult and present identification upon check-in. 6-16 years old may use only the spa salon.
